He is survived by : his significant other Regina H. Nascimento; his children, Alison, Molly and Nathaniel Howard; his brother Chris Howard (Marianne) of Portland; the mother of his children Margo DeFazio of Haverhill, MA.; his nephews, Andrew, Tanner and Jeremy; and his niece Dania.
