He is survived by: his daughter Shanna Slomba (Matthew) of Roanoke, VA; his grandsons, Adam Forsyth of Summerville and Aaron Forsyth of Goose Creek; his great grandchild Jada Forsyth of Summerville; his close friend Connie Wallace of Stuart, VA; his siblings, Sherhal Bone (Ricky) of Georgetown and Darrell J. Wallace of Murrells Inlet; and his friend Cindy Jordan of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
