He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mildred Missroon, James Madison Cooper and Mary High Cooper. He is survived by: his parents, Donna Missroon Cooper and Paul Lynwood Cooper, Sr. of Georgetown; his wife Melissa Graham Cooper of Georgetown; his children, Paul Lynwood Cooper, III (Suzannah) of Rock Hill and Courtney Lane Swails (Tripp) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Elliana Jane Swails, Pierson Taylor Swails and Tucker Graham Swails; and his sister Mandy Cooper Cherry (Jack) of Fort Mill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
