It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Walker Zurcher (Georgetown, South Carolina), born in McClellanville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Wilton "Bud" Zurcher; and her siblings, Woodrow Walker, James Allen Walker Sr., Benjamin Walker, Wade Hampton Walker, Frank Martin Walker, James Pete Walker, Helen Driggers, Janie Yarborough and Linda Walker.

She is survived by: her children, Wilson P. Zurcher (Pam) of Georgetown and Cheryl Z. Drinkwine (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Christopher David Zurcher, Aimee Billings, Brandi Ashby (Chris), Vanessa Zurcher and JaLyn Drinkwine; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Laiden, Annie and Palmer Ruth; her close friend John Oscar Howard of Andrews; her brother Dorman Kenneth Walker; and her sister-in-law Marvadean Morris Walker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
