It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Elizabeth Cottrell in Georgetown, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, David Cecil Harsh and Frances Jaillette Harsh; her husband Steven Lee Cottrell; her children, Ronald William "Will" Murrell and Julia Kathryn "Katie" Murrell; her grandmother Dorothy O'Neil Leto of Baltimore, MD; her sisters, Julia Harsh Oberst and Kathryn Harsh Cunningham (Greg); her aunt Rheta Jaillette Reeves of Florence, SC; her nephews, Michael David Oberst of New York, NY and Benjamin Forrest Cunningham of Myrtle Beach, SC; her parents-in-law, Marcus and Carol Miller of Pleasant Hill, OH; her brother Brent; her sister-in-law Kelly Cottrell of Pleasant Hill, OH; her brother Bruce; her sister-in-law Brandy Cottrell; and her godparents, Laura and Ernest Meyer.
