He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted L. Marsh Sr. and Mabeth Marsh; and his sister Mindy Harrelson. He is survived by: his wife Ina Elliott Marsh; his children, Kimberly Chapman (Joseph) and Ted L. Marsh III (Trevor); his grandchildren, Haley Chapman and Jacob Chapman (Jesse Kurkis); his brothers, Wade Marsh (Terry) and Dana Marsh (Renae); and his brother-in-law Randy Harrelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church (8285 Saints Delight Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
