He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Isaac Lee; his parents, Joseph Earle Lee, Sr. and Mary Spears Elrod Lee; his brother Joseph Lee, Jr.; his mother-in-law Gerrie Isaac; and his brother-in-law Franc Isaac.

He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Wolff (Don) of Pawleys Island, Mary Ann Geney (David) of Pawleys Island and Jim Lee of Greenville; his siblings-in-law, Manning Lee, Karen Standish, Beth Holcombe (Jimmy), Sarah Garner, Rory Isaac (Kim), Kevin Isaac (Marie) and Ros Isaac; and his caregivers, Ronnahria Smith and Phillipa McCray.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Downtown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home & Crematory (222 St James St, Georgetown, SC 29440). The inurnment will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens (1640 Pennyroyal Rd, Georgetown, SC 29440).
