He was predeceased by: his father Marion Glenn Harter; his grandparents, Nancy Ann Ward, Marion Alford Harter and Christine Kiker Harter; and his stepfather William "Billy" Whitnauer.
He is survived by: his mother Kellie Ward Harter of Georgetown; his grandfather Roger Dale Ward; his great-grandparent Roberta Benton; his brothers, Chandler Harter and Spencer Harter (Haley); his half-siblings, Kevin Harter (Dixie Wise) and Glenda Harter (Edward Thompson); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Lambert (Bobby Howard, Jr.), Kinsley Harter, Holden Harter, Gavin Harter and Kayson Harter; his great-niece Knoxley Harter; and his great-nephews, Brayton Howard and Hayes Harter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Victory Christian Fellowship (58 Academy Ave, Georgetown, SC 29440). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the same location.
