He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Lowery and Woodrow Wilson Lowery Sr.; and his nephew Robby Daughety. He is survived by: his wife Patricia B. Lowery; his children, Laura Lee Arena (Jeffrey Arena) and Wilson Layne Lowery (Elizabeth Lowery); his sisters, Annette Daughety and Janice Hontz; his nephew Wilson Orion Lowery; and his nieces, Audrey Lee Arena and Charlotte Patricia Lowery.
