She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence Hale and Thomas Hale; her sister Carolyn Johnson; her grandchildren, April Bryant, Tommy Chittum, Julie Farnsworth, Lacy Powley, Ricky Hale and Troy Hale; her great grandchildren, Kylee Jessie, Skyler Farnsworth, Trinity Tyrrell, Kalynn Hale, Gavin Farnsworth, Tommy Chittum Jr., Lukas Jessie, Aubrey Powley, Mason Powley, Jacob Bryant and Kaden Farnsworth; and her great great grandchild Lakelyn Chittum. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all of her extended family.
