She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Gaines Entrekin and Helen Sanders Entrekin; and her grandchild McKenna Brooke Harris. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Corley Quarles; her children, Kathy Quarles Moore (Scotty), Michael Wallace Quarles (Lisa), Della Quarles Bomar (Mal) and Lara Quarles Harris Heath; her grandchildren, Devin Moore, Casey Moore, Jordan Quarles, Joseph Quarles, Nicole Derby, Caelan Derby and Cade Harris; and her brother Dr. Gaines Entrekin (Lang).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Beulah Methodist Church - Gilbert (161 Beulah Church Rd, Gilbert, SC 29054).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beulah Methodist Church, The University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy or to the organization of your choice.
