He is survived by: his wife Shirley Driggers Campbell; his stepson Randy Bonnett; his sisters, Deborah Blanks, Katharine Powers, Susan Bloodworth, Conni Shumpert and Wendy Ziegler; and his stepgrandchildren, Zoe Bonnett and Maizy Bonnett.
