She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynwood Matthews and Bernice Ruff Matthews of Saluda; and her siblings, Lynwood "Buster" Matthews, Wally Matthews, Ray Matthews and Faye Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Larry C. Price; her children, Shannon L. Price (Teresa), Randall Price (Kelly) and Suzanne P. Parada (Patrick); her brother Donald Matthews; her grandchildren, Morgan Price, Cameron Price, Larry E. Price and Tate Parada; and her stepgrandchildren, Shannon, Stephanie and Alex.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home Batesburg-Leesville Chapel (256 Main St, Leesville, SC 29070). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Beulah Methodist Church - Gilbert (161 Beulah Church Rd, Gilbert, SC 29054).
