He is survived by: his wife Marcia Harmon Talbert; his children, Troy Talbert (Rosetta) and Tamera Talbert (Matthew Jenkins); and his siblings, Arleen T. Renna, Stephen Talbert (Lynn) and Arlys Monford Talbert, Jr. (Marilyn).
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pond Branch Methodist Church Cemetery (1912 Pond Branch Rd, Gilbert, SC 29054).
