He is survived by: his wife Susan Sayre; his children, Matthew Sayre (Laura) of Milton, GA, Suzanna Grace Sayre (Mike) of Denver, CO, Stephanie Sayre Smith (Brett) of Tacoma, WA and Mark Sayre (Cabot) of New York, NY; his sisters, Jackie Elliott (Roger) of Cary, NC and Sally Weinrich (Martin) of Lexington, SC; his grandchildren, Dylan Mansour, Alyssa Sayre, Kelsey Sayre, Onalee Smith and Sayre Smith; and his stepson Ryan Gyles (Lindsay) of Cayce, SC..
