He is survived by: his wife Debra Louise Palmer (Glass); his sons, Richard Palmer, III (Jessica) and Scott Palmer (Andrea); his grandchildren, Lex Roenigk, Phillipp "Brad" Andes, Madison Bell, Lindsey Palmer, Aiden Palmer and Gavin Palmer; and his great grandchild Cohen Bell.
