She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Carter; her parents, Frank Nocera of Bristol and Lorraine Diles of Portsmouth; and her sisters, Donna Reed of Hamilton and Paula Isenbarg of Henderson, Nevada..
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Valdez of Marysville, Ohio, Patricia Lappert of Columbus, Ohio, Teri DeRome of Red Lodge, Montana, Francie Nocera of Goose Creek and Mark Nocera of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by adopted daughter, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Candi would have asked that donations be made to a local animal shelter or rescue organization, as she loved all animals - especially dogs.
