She is survived by: her brother David Justice of Chincoteague, VA; her children, Cynthia Smith of St. Stephens, SC and Mickey Southall; her daughter-in-law Walcie Southall of South Hill, VA; her grandchildren, Stacey Hughes, Russell Smith, Monica Carter and Tommy; her great great grandchildren, Christopher, Deja, Jonah, Alyssa, Aliyah, Bayleigh, Joslynn, Billy Jr. III, Zachary, Thomas, Emersyn, Evan, Logan, Terry Trent, Savannah, Shannon, Precious, Joshua, Jordan, Jeremy, Jason, Elijah, Alex, Ann, Anika, Russell Jr., Nathan and Rivanna; and her extended family, Candice, Ashleigh B., Ashley G., Amanda W., Polly, Brandy, Whitney, Hunter, Neko, Timmy, Tavaris, Kyle and Nick.
