He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Kosinski and Josephine Kosinski; and his brother Paul Kosinski. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda Kosinski of Pittsfield, Mass.; his sibling's children, Stacie Kosinski (Chad Mazza) of Arlington, Mass. and Matthew Kosinski (Amanda Kosinski) of Melrose, Mass.; his great-nephews, Paul Kosinski and Samuel Mazza; and his great-niece Abigail Kosinski. He is also survived by friends, neighbors.
