He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom N. Mullins and Dorothy Hughes Mullins; the mother of his children Betty Sue Mullins; and his brother Harold Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mullins; his children, Benny Mullins, Jr. (Karen), Sharon Dalton (Todd) and Kimberly Harper (Gene); his grandchildren, Jacob Zeruth, Bethany Trerotola (Jett), Bennett Mullins III, Will Mullins, Hannah Mullins, Gracie Harper, David Harper and Tyler Harper; and also Ralph Mullins (Lori).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Parks Funeral Home Chapel (376 Frankie Ln, Ladson, SC 29456). The military honors was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
