He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Mullady and Mary Ann Mullady. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Michael (Anne); his grandson Andrew; his brothers, John (Mary Ann) and Brian (Fran); and his goddaughters, Mary Ann Lombardo and Gabriella Fink.
