He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Equilla Young and Launa Waden Young Gresham; and his brother Carl Eugene Young. He is survived by: his children, Fritz E. Young, III (Laura) of Johns Creek, GA, Pamela Denise Richardson (John) of James Island, SC, Allen Lloyd Young (Laurie) of Charleston, SC, Robin K. Cook (Tim) of Summerville, SC, Penelope K. Kroeger (Brian) of Summerville, SC and Kimberly Stickel (Jon) of Goose Creek, SC; his grandchildren, Fritz E. Young IV (Nicole), Joshua Cain Justin (Olivia), Jordan Cook (Maria), Courtney Cook, Nicholas Licitra (Nancy), Lydia Stickel and Emilee Stickel; and his great grandchildren, Kinsey, Tomas, Elian, Alice, Bella and Caroline.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wassamassaw Baptist Church (704 State Rd S-8-291, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
