He was predeceased by: his parents, James Irvin and Marie Clark; his sisters, Louise McBride and Ruth Ackerman; his daughter-in-law Phyllis; and his grandson Robert Lee.

He is survived by: his wife Margie Ackerman Clark; his children, Peggy Bailey, Jimmy Clark and Bobby Clark (Michelle); his grandchildren, Travis, Christina, Johnny (Samantha) and Anna; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jessa, Reanne and Emmalee.
