She was predeceased by : her parents, David H. Judy and Donna A. Maurer Judy; and her husband Paul A. Slayman. She is survived by : her sons, Jason P (Rachel Marie Slayman) and Andy (Karen Slayman); her grandchildren, Corey, Nick, Matt, Leann Slayman, Christina, Robert Ford and Cody Schaefer; her great grandchildren, Kippeum and Taeyeon Ford; and her siblings, Michal (Walter Forney), Kris (John Lashbrook) and Brad (Judy Judy).
