He is survived by : his children, Cyril Lahye Joyce Jr., Steven Barry Joyce, John Wayne Goodman, Deborah Marie Bourgeois (Wade), Audrey Dianne Spurlin (Jimmie) and Kelly Joyce Evans (Jerry); and his great grandchildren, Julianna Marie Joyce14, Mallory Nicole Evans, Bethany LeAnne Singletary, Christopher Troy Evans, Justin Robert Spurlin, Wiley Casey Goodman, Allison Brooke Burgoyne, Jimmy Lavaughter Spurlin, Steven Mathew Joyce, Jessica Marie Simpson and Amanda Renee Nunez.
