He was predeceased by: his father John Charles Kisner; and his sister Fannie Kisner. He is survived by: his mother Linda Shepard; his stepfather Roger Shepard of Goose Creek; his son Noah Kisner of Goose Creek; his sister Nichole Weathersbee (Robert) of Moncks Corner; his stepsiblings, Kim Murphy of Bonneau, Roger Shepard (Joetta) of Goose Creek and James Shepard (April) of Ladson; his niece Alyssa Cumbee (Cole) of St. Stephen; his great-nieces, Tate Cumbee and Kynsleigh Cumbee; and his nephews, Trenton Weathersbee, Collin Shepard and Landon Weathersbee.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
