Cruz Medina; his stepfather Ruben Gutierrez; his sisters, Natali D Gomez and Anamaria Gutierrez; his grandmother Edilia Medina; his aunts and uncles, Tavo Cruz, Omar Núñez, Oscar Núñez, Jorge Cruz, Edilia Nunez, Emely Martinez, Nena Cruz and Sandra Cruz; and his cousins, Angie Gomez, Sofia Gomez, Ariana Gomez, Miguel Gomez Jr., Omar Nunez, Isabel Nunez, Oscar Nunez, Jaden Cruz, Aiden Cruz, Samuel Cruz, Dora Cruz and Brian Acosta.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (869 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445).
