She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Smalls. She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Boone, Aaron and Sharad Boone of Summerville, SC; her siblings, Melvin Troutman, Flora Green of Augusta, GA, Earnestine Westbrook, Beverly Brunson (Roy) of Hagan, GA, Lorraine Westbrook of Claxton, GA, Deloris of Claxton, GA and Ira Westbrook of Claxton, GA; and her niece Dezi Frazier. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Home Going Celebration.
