He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Baxley and Jean Baxley; his children, Ricky Baxley Jr. (Ashley) and Ashley Baxley; his grandchildren, Emily, Drake and Emerson; and his sisters, Debra Stephens (Donny) and Cindy Baxley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make a donation to the American Heart Association or GiGi's Playhouse Charleston.
