We bid farewell to William LeRoy Simpson of Goose Creek, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 7, 2025 at the age of 78. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Simpson and Betty Jane Duffy Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Angela Christine Simpson of Goose Creek and William LeRoy Simpson, Jr. (Robin) of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Rachel (Chris), Avery, Bryce and Lacy; his great grandchild Charlotte; and his siblings, Loretta Young of Indiantown, FL, Edward Simpson (Denise) of Chapin, SC and Duffy Simpson (Angie) of Blythwood, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel (2180 Greenridge Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post 166 (116 Howe Hall Rd, Goose Creek, SC 29445).
