He is survived by: his wife Joanne Summer; his children, Ricky Summer (Linda), Judy Morris (Ray), Vernon Summer (Annette) and Lisa Wood (Randy); and his grandchildren, Marla Atherton, Jennifer Lybrand, Jimmy Asbell, Amber Jackson, Chris Wood, Ashley Wood, Wesley Wood and Cam Summer. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
At the family's request the family is requesting for flowers to be sent to the funeral home or donations may be made to Christian Heritage Church, 285 Ascauga Lake Rd, Graniteville, SC 29829.
