She was predeceased by: her children, Faye Wilson and Robert M. Adkinson; her sister Betty Adams Randall; and her parents, John W. Adams and Lucille Roberson Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Adkinson; and her daughters, Rebecca Weatherford of Millen, Georgia and Vickie Adkinson of Langley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends.
