She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Johnson and Doris Williams Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Moore; her sons, Baylen (Donna Moore) and Brent (Kristi Moore); her brother Alvin Johnson; her cousin Becky Watts; and her grandchildren, Luke, Rhett, Spencer, Bennett, Grayson and Lindsey.
In lieu of food or flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Helping Hands of Aiken, P.O. Box 503, Aiken, South Carolina 29802, in honor of Dale's compassionate heart and lifelong care for others.
