He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Marie Thomas; his wife Evelyn Jackson; and his siblings, Lucille Jackson (Willie), Evangeline Drummings (James), Elsie Cooper (Leroy), Elaine Thomas, Annie Mae Thomas, John Henry Thomas (Sallie Mae) of Newark and Larry Thomas (Juanita).
He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Thomas Broadwater (Leon) of Aiken, Sharonda Fuller of Aiken and Barbara Williams Austin of Buford, Georgia; and his siblings, Cleatlas Norcross Aiken (Richard), Mary Jane Carroll (Lorenzo) of Warrenville, Marion Thomas (Karen) of Bethlehem, Alan Thomas of Newark and Nwe Jersey. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
