She was predeceased by: her husband Horace David Widener; and her parents, Cody S. Toole and Mae Heath Toole. She is survived by: her son Chris Brooks of Alabaster, Alabama; her grandson Kip Smith of Beech Island; her children, Krystal Roberson (Brian), Dakota Postles and Tyler Brooks; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Roberson, Thomas Roberson and Tobias Roberson; and her sister Vesta Mae Chapman of Jackson. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hollow Creek Baptist Church (270 Independent Blvd, Aiken, SC 29805).
