It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Grady Able (Graniteville, South Carolina), who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, George Grady shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George Grady farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian B. Able and Christine McGee Able; and his siblings, Paul Julian Able and Frances Elizabeth Able. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Swearingen (Adam), Tanya Cato (Sean) and Michael Able (Susan); and his brother Robert Able (Frances). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
