It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Christopher Lawrence (Graniteville, South Carolina), who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Elizabeth Lawrence, Sarah Fox Surber, William and Madora Duffie Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Miles (Carlos Lafontaine) and James Richard Lawrence; his brother Bobby Seth Miles; and his grandfather Larry Surber.
In lieu of flowers the family requests the friends and visitors bring an ornament in Chris' memory for a memorial Christmas Tree. Donations in his memory may also be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
