He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Clark and Mae Clark; and his siblings, Thelma Duncan, Jean Boyd and William Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Rearden Clark; his children, Kathy Boswell (Jamie), Cindy Deily (Karl), John S. Clark, Jr. (Carlene), Phillip Matthew Clark (John) and Mark Clark (Linda); his sister Rachel Chavous; and his sister-in-law Grace Clark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home (315 Main St, Graniteville, SC 29829). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
