He is survived by: his wife Donna Cook Scott; his children, Johnny W. Scott, Jr., Donna Marie Carlisle (Jerry), Judy Nicole Harris (Michael, Jr.), Sarah Ann Lard (Daniel), Tiffany R. Deas (Brandon) and Kimberly Scott (J. T.); and his siblings, Cleveland Forrest Scott, Jr., Jimmy W. Scott (Lib), Roger Dale Scott, Anne Burckhalter (Jim) and Esther Grantt. He is also survived by thirty two grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
