He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow W. Usry and Rachel Usry; and his brother Ben'h Usry. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Baxley Usry; his daughters, Kaysie Usry Price (Todd) and Carla Usry Widener; his sister Kathy Baxter (Butch); and his grandchildren, Taylor Widener Pittz (Matthew) and Baxlee Owensby.
