It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary B. McCord (Graniteville, South Carolina), who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Grady McCord, Jr.; her parents, Perry Cecil and Ida Mae Burrell Buckner; and her siblings, Carroll Buckner, Ola Mae Taylor, Miriam Clayton, Marie Creed and Evelyn Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Susan McCord, Joey McCord (Karen), Chris McCord (Krissa) and Mac McCord (Michelle); and her siblings, Johnny Buckner, Bobby Buckner, Sylvia Smith and Nina Adams. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital at: 501 St. Jude Place.
