He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Lowe and Ruby Lowe Cobb; and his siblings, Donald Lowe (Mary), Betty Josey (Hansen), Shirley Smith (Billy), Blanche Toole (Samuel) and Brenda Lowe.
He is survived by: his close friend Stella Scalf; his stepdaughter Karen Moreno (Miguel); his stepgrandchildren, Miguel, Jose, Kristina and Joseph; his stepson Randy Scalf Jr.; and his daughter Kassie. He is also survived by 18 grand kids, several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
