As Shelby Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Shelby Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Shelby Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Elton Proctor, Jr.; her brothers, Bobby and Ben Anderson; and her son-in-law Barry Westbrook. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Westbrook, Russ Proctor (Melanie), Chris Proctor (Tina) and Daniel Davis. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jackson Memorial Funeral Home (315 Main St, Graniteville, SC 29829). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howlandville Baptist Church (316 Howlandville Rd, Warrenville, SC 29851).
