He is survived by: his wife Beth Ennis Johnson; his son Brett Johnson (Samantha); his mother Ann Epperly Johnson; his siblings, Gerald Johnson (Sherry), Russ Johnson (Carmen) and Sonya Napier (Phillip); his grandson Rory Myles Johnson; his nieces, Maci Johnson and Dawn Fulmer (Allen); his nephew John Caleb Napier (Candace); and his father-in-law Clemson Ennis.
