He is survived by: his wife Carmen Gary Sumner; his daughters, Tammy O'Brien (Lawrence) and Brenda Davidson (Tim); his grandchildren, Amber Davidson and Robert O'Brien; his sister Valarie Tucker; his sister-in-law Bennis Sumner; and his nephew Mike Sumner.
