He was predeceased by: his wife Nina McGhee Britt; his son Russell L. "Rusty" Britt; and his parents, Wilber Britt and Thelma Britt. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Britt and Michele Padgett (Terry); and his grandchildren, Chad Britt (Janice), Corey Britt, Josh Smith (Katie) and Brooke Bridges (Alex). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home (315 Main St, Graniteville, SC 29829). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
