He was predeceased by : his parents, George Henry and Alma Mae Baynham Moseley; his former life partner Harvene Moseley; and his siblings, Robert Wayne Moseley and Jeanette Mauney.

He is survived by : his close friend Vivian Giles; his sons, Shannon Moseley and William Daniel "Dan" Moseley; and his brother Gene Moseley (Polly).
