He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Arthur "Shorty" Chestein and Juanita Weathers Chestein. He is survived by: his children, Marshay Craig (Tad) and Darren Chestein; his grandchildren, Elijah Craig and Micah Craig; his sister Tricia Beardsley (David); and his niece Liz Ross (Brandon).
