It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Kirk Poole of Gray Court, South Carolina, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Taylor Kirk and Mattie Neely Kirk; her siblings, Margaret Davis, Hattie Kirk Mullins, Mattie Kirk Upton, Leroy Kirk and Ozell Kirk; her husband Edward Jackson; and her son Calvin Jackson.

She is survived by : her sister Ella B. Kirk Tompkins.
