He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Carlis and Mary Francis Cross Perrin. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Rebecca Lucas (Lou); his grandchildren, Conner Thacker, Caitlyn Thacker and Desiree Graham; and his sister Ida Langley of Mt. Holly, NC.
